If you are using an older version of the application you might experience the following issues:
- Can't login
- Can't load content in the app.
Users affected will get the following message:
"You are using an outdated version of the app. Please update it from your preferred app store"
Users can resolve this issue by:
- Navigating to their preferred app store
- Update the app to v.1.2.1 or above.
- Close the Intree app.
- Reopen the Intree app.
** Some users might need to logout of the app & login again **
