Users using older versions of the app are unable to login or load content ( V.1.2.0)

If you are using an older version of the application you might experience the following issues:

  1. Can't login
  2. Can't load content in the app.

Users affected will get the following message:
"You are using an outdated version of the app. Please update it from your preferred app store"

Users can resolve this issue by:

  1. Navigating to their preferred app store
  2. Update the app to v.1.2.1 or above.
  3. Close the Intree app.
  4. Reopen the Intree app.

** Some users might need to logout of the app & login again **
